RETURN HOME
US$1,500 for 60 days of agreed coordination. Approved 30-day extension: US$249 following verified settlement. Third-party costs remain separate.
PROJECT
Up to US$4,000 project value: US$399 minimum coordination fee; US$4,001–15,000: 10%; US$15,001–50,000: 8%; above US$50,000: 6%. Each percentage applies to the whole project value.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Contractor Attendance — up to two hours: US$75. Contractor Work-Day — up to six hours: US$175. Other tasks: agreed pricing or custom quotation.
