PROPERTY - CARE
US$149/month. 1 scheduled property inspection monthly with photos/video. Operational checks of appliances, lights, taps, toilets, AC, etc. Maintenance coordination and one contractor work-day attendance of up to 6 hours per month. No monthly rollover. Third-party costs and additional site visits are separate. Standard residential property up to 4 bedrooms / approx 8,000 sqft. Larger and commercial properties by quotation. Additional concurrent properties for the same owner/account receive 10% off on subscription price only. Attendance is coordination only. Contractor labour, materials and other third-party costs are separate.

FAMILY
Client-requested checks and household maintenance coordination. Home condition checks and Family/Occupier Check-In updates and practical coordination. One scheduled visit of approximately 1 hour monthly. Distance Pricing Applied (See Zoning Page) prepaid monthly. Service-provider coordination and issue tracking. One registered household/address, up to 4 bedrooms. Emergency coordination. This is not a medical or caregiving service. Third-party costs and additional attendances are separate.
ONE-TIME PROPERTY CHECK - Your Eyes on the Ground.
US$99, prepaid; no subscription. Standard residential property up to 4 bedrooms and approximately 8,000 sqft, with approx 1 hr on site. Occupancy and Interior/exterior observations, written condition reports, photographs and video. Client-arranged access and manager confirmation are required. RETURN HOME - Help to Get Things Ready
US$1,500 prepaid 60-day engagement from agreed start date. Tell us what you need ready before you arrive. We coordinate it locally and keep you updated from overseas. Home preparation and cleaning coordination Utilities and communications setup coordination Furniture, appliances, deliveries and installation coordination Transportation coordination if required Professional, government and administrative coordination Final Readiness Check before arrival where practical
